So maybe if I aim for once a month!?!?!?!?!
I told you I wasn't so good at blogging! :) We have just been staying busy as ever here in Georgia....and boy has it been COLD here! It was 19 yesterday morning. I am sure missing Tampa this week!
The kids are plugging along at school and we are plugging along with the business. Justin and Joshua are getting ready to try their hand at Roller Hockey and Jenna is in full swing with cheerleading. Today was their 2nd competition and they won 2nd. They did great! She is loving Jayhawks this year!
Our other news....we got a new puppy. Meet Lacey- a 5 month old Golden Retreiver. As soon as I can get her to stay still enough for a picture....I will. She is precious and the kids love her. However this cold weather this week has made taking her out to the bathroom a lot of fun!
And the best news....we are headed to North Augusta this week for a few days. We are all looking forward to some yummy Turkey Day food and time with friends and family! And most of all, we can't wait to see Blane and Tina's new baby girl.......Alexis Blane. She was born on Friday. I can't wait to hold her!
Hopefully we'll get to see many of you this week.....Have a great Thanksgiving!

I'm really not too good at this blogging thing.....
I really am not good at keeping this updated.....sorry! We have just been busy as usual. Between work, school and activities for the kids.....there's not much time left. Everyone still likes school, especially Jillian. She absolutely LOVES preschool. I am so glad we decided to put her in. Her vocabulary and talking have improved 500%. She is talking away, knows animals along with some of their sounds, shes learning colors, she knows her nose, mouth, eyes, etc..... I could go on and on. I am just so glad we put her in.
Cheerleading season is getting ready to gear up as well. Jenna has her 1st competition on Nov 2nd. I sure hope they are ready! Jenna is also loving dance........I think it may be a toss up as to what she does next year. There is no way we are doing both again!
Justin and Joshua are anxiously awaiting Spring Baseball to start. We may continue with Karate till then as well, but I don't see a way for them to do both in the spring. They are both to time consuming.
As for Steve and I, we are getting back on the exercise track. I talked him into doing an hour long spinning class with me a few nights ago. Not sure if he'll go back with me again, but it was nice having him there with me. Generally we just go our own ways at the gym, so it was kinda cool to do that class together. I'm also trying to run/walk 3 days a week. I have always wanted to do a 5K....so what better time then now when the fall air is cool and not so hot.
Well, we hope everyone else is doing fine. I'll try not to wait so long in between updates next time!

We survived Justin and Jenna's parties!
Whew....glad that is over for another year! :) We had great fun party ideas and lo and behold what do we do? Why slumber parties again of course! I always swear after each one no more. lol However, they really were not that bad! Justin had 5 friends over last weekend for his party. They stayed up until about 5:30am playing halo. I think they literally fell asleep playing. Then when the first mom showed up at 9am......they were not the least bit interested in getting up. Justin proceeded to play all day, but was out about 7 and slept all night. I don't know how they do it! Last night Jenna had 6 girls spend the night for her party. I painted 7 pairs of toes, 7 pairs of nails and we had a Jonas Brothers dance party. Whew........girls. That's about all I can say about that! They did go to sleep much earlier- about midnight.......however when my alarm went off at 6:45 they were all up giggling and were on the trampoline by 7. Jenna was in a parade this morning for her gym and we had to be there by 9........so all the moms (with 1 dad thrown in), got here right on time and off we went to the parade. The kids all had a blast and got tons of candy, and now of course want to go to more parades! We ate lunch and Steve and Justin headed to Athens to the UGA-Bama game. They aren't exactly looking so great, but they got tickets and they are having fun. Hey-the Gators lost today so at least something good happened!

It's been a few weeks since we have posted, but all is well here. The kids are all loving school and doing well. Jillian is loving preschool! She runs right in and is never ready to leave. I am so glad she likes it.....I'll admit I was a little worried about it.
Jenna and Justin had their birthdays last week. Jenna is now 8 and Justin is 11....WOW, where does the time go?!?!? I can't believe they are so old! Justin will be in middle school next year! In only 10 short years they will both be off to college! Crazy stuff I tell you. Anyway, Justin's party is Saturday and Jenna's is next Saturday.
We went back home last weekend to go to the USC-UGA game. It was so HOT, but we had a great time with Dugan and his friend Amy. We got tickets at the last minute for a great price and all enjoyed the game. I haven't been to Williams Brice in so many years, but it was just as great as I remembered it! :) We have been to many GA games since I had last been to Carolina. Man, I don't think I've been to the Carolina stadium since I was a student there, and I can tell you that has been a long time! But I will admit, Sanford Stadium is just as great and I love going to Athens too! In fact, I think we will be there next weekend for the Alabama game!
A totally different subject, but I finally found a Wii Fit!!!!! We have been having a GREAT time with it! I will tell you though...my back and neck were hurting yesterday and I couldn't figure out why........until I remembered I had hula hooped on the Wii Fit the night before. I promise you will work muscles you didn't even know you had on those games!
On a closing note, please keep Steve's brother Eddie in your prayers as he is now down in Louisiana helping out with hurricane duty. We're not sure where he will be sent yet, but he drove down last night and is now just waiting on a duty station. Not to mention I am sure we are all still thinking of all who were affected by Gustav and Ike.
Have a great week everyone!

Happy 50th Birthday Eddie! It's Steve's brothers birthday today! We have birthdays in the family and close friends circle for the next 5 days! The beginning of September is crazy for birthdays!
The kids started back to school last week and all went well for the most part! Homework was heavy for Justin, but everyone is enjoying their new teachers and all 3 of them knew kids in their classes. Other then that, we are staying busy, busy with extra curricular activities as well. Jenna of course has cheerleading and then she has tap, ballet and jazz. The boys are both doing karate and loving it. Joshua is also getting ready to start lacross this week. Not sure if Justin is doing it to or not. I started an adult tap class last week at Jenna's dance studio too. It was a great blast from the past and I have to admit, most of it came right back to me. It was alot of fun!
Well, we hope everyone has a fantastic week!

Big changes at the Wilson house!
Hi everyone, we have some big changes taking place at the Wilson house this week. Justin, Jenna and Joshua are going back to school! The GA Virtual School is great, and if you have only 1-2 kids, or if you don't run a business too.....it would be great for you. BUT, we have more then 2 kids and run a business and it is complete and utter chaos at our house everyday! So we made the hard decision and re-enrolled the kids a the the school they were at last year. Joshua will be going too since he is in kindergarten now! We met all the teachers and I think everything will be ok. Jenna and Justins friends are so excited and we got tons of hugs and yippees when we went to visit the classes yesterday. And Joshua is going to be in class with one of his best friends from preschool, Camdyn. Joshua and Jenna are very excited and Justin is adjusting. Prayers in that dept. would be appreciated.
As for Jillian, she starts preschool 2 days a week this week too! We went to meet her teacher on Thursday, and Jillian walked in, grabbed a book and sat next to another dad for him to read to her. We were worried she may not like it to start with, I think we may have been wrong. Now we'll see how it goes when we drop her off on Tuesday and other kids are crying. Hopefully she will do fine and have fun. So next Tuesday........our house will be SO quiet! I won't know what to do.......BUT I am sure I will figure it out quick!
On top of all that exciting news, Jenna is loving ballet and jazz. I think cheerleading is still her favorite, but she is enjoying the dance too. Justin and Joshua had their trial karate class and loved it. They start for real this week. They are so excited and can't wait!
As for Steve and I, we are excited b/s Football Season is here! Yeah! We watched the first Carolina game on Thursday night-Go Cocks! And the first Georgia game is this afternoon! We are so looking forward to going to Columbia in 2 weeks for the Carolina-Georgia game! Then of course we can't wait to go to Jacksonville in October for the Georgia-Florida game!
Well, we hope everyone has a fun and safe Labor Day! We are just hanging around here and getting some things done around the house. Have a great weekend everyone!

We are still alive! The kids started back to school last Wednesday. All is well for now! We hope everyone is having a great first week(s) of school. I know our Florida friends had a short week this week due to Faye. I can honestly say we don't miss the huricanes! BUT, that's about all we don't miss!
School has been going well and so far so good with the Virtual School. Jenna started Jazz and Ballet this week and the boys started Karate. Fun was had by all at all 3. The boys will start Football in the next few weeks as well, and we all know cheerleading is still going on. We are busy but having a great time! Sweet little Jillians birthday is next Friday too. My precious baby will be 2. I can't believe it.
Well there is a quick update and we will be sure to post a more detailed one this weekend!

Hope everyone has had a good few weeks since we last posted. We have been busy as usual. The kids start back to school next Wednesday.......too bad they will be home this year-no quite time for me! The older 2 are doing the GA Virtual School this year, so we'll see how it goes. Jillian is going to be going to 2 year old preschool 2 days a week at the church down the road. We signed her up last week-I know she will love it!
This past weekend we went Tubing with the Bailey Family! What a blast! I totally did not want to go-those of you who know me, know I am NOT an outdoor girl- however, we had SO MUCH fun! We went on a river up on the TN/GA line. The water was very cold, but it was so hot out that it was refreshing. It has been in the high 90's all week here......bring on the fall!
Anyway, we are headed to North Augusta this weekend for some friends 50th Anniversary party. I know it will be a great time! Steve will get to see a good friend of his that lives in Los Angelos this weekend, so he is looking forward to that. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Finally home again!
We are finally home again after what feels like forever!
We had a great time and got to see so many people! All in all it was a great trip! We started out at Ellis and Melissa's the 1st night and then moved to the hotel for the next 3 nights. We hung out with Ellis, Melissa and Brian (Melissa's brother) on Sat night and had a great time. Sunday we spent the day at the pool with Angel, Phil, MAC and Madi and then capped off the day at Cheesecake factory with them. Monday night I met up with my Mothers and More friends-Kristy, Dawn, Jen and Bridget for dinner at Bamboo Club and then we spent the rest of the night/morning at The Blue Martini. It was a great night and I was so glad to get to spend time with them. Early Tuesday morning Steve was off to the East Coast and the kids and I rushed to pack up the car and head to the movies to meet Judy, Alexis, Mardi, Bailey and Luke to see Everybody's Hero- Great movie if you haven't seen it. Then we hit Chick-Fil-A for lunch and the kids to play. We then said goodbye to Mardi, Luke and Bailey and headed for Judy's house for the rest of the week. Tuesday night Jenna got to go to Cheer Express and see the girls there and do a private with Ellis. She had a great time. Wednesday I took my kids and Alexis to Planet Bounce to meet up with my Mothers and More friends and their kids for a few hours. A great time was had by all and then we headed to McDonalds with Dawn and Hailey for lunch. Steve ended up coming home Wed night instead of Thursday. So Thursday night we were able to meet up with Keith, Gian and Kendall for dinner and then we headed home a day early on Thursday.
While we were in Tampa we got a phone call that no one wants to get, that one of Steve's best friends (Dugan), sister had very unexpectedly passed away. So after unpacking at home at 2am Friday morning, we wrapped up what we needed to and headed back to North Augusta. We were very glad to get to spend some time with Dugan and his mom on Saturday morning. We were also able to spend some time with Blane, Tina and Christian- who by the way is the pregnant one I was so excited about a few posts ago- It's a girl and she's due in November! We also got to see GG and PPaw and we went and ate a great Bar-Be-Que lunch with PPaw. We then packed up and headed home. Saturday night we went to a 40th birthday party and now here we are today..... Tired and trying to regroup and get ready for the week.
I have so much to do with getting meals planned, going to the grocery store, laundry, etc......SO, we hope everyone has a great week!
I will add some pics from the last week in the next day or so. Thanks to Tequila, I may just figure it out!

An Update from Tampa
Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a great weekend! We got a later start then we wanted to on Friday, but we got here around 10:30pm Friday night. We made our way to Ellis and Melissa's and cought up witht hem for a little bit. Then Melissa's brother got into town and we stayed up way to late just hanging out and chatting.
Saturday we got our Justie back and headed to Clearwater Beach for the day. Man, let me tell you, we forgot how HOT it is here....it was just plain HOT! Jillian loved playing in the sand and dragging the surfboard around. I will try and figure out how to post some pics on here 1 day. After we all got to looking like lobsters, we headed to check into our hotel and get ready for the evening. We had a sitter keep the kids and we headed out to dinner and out on the town with Ellis, Melissa and Brian. We had a great time, and once again stayed up way to late. This morning, Steve took the 3 older ones to the pool while Jillian napped and I got some work done. We are now waiting on Angel, MAC and Madi to get here to hang at the pool with us for the afternoon! Tomorrow Steve's marketing get started and the kids and I are going to do some more visiting! Have a great week everyone!

7/11
Hope everyone is having a terrific week. It has been raining everyday here and is a bit dreary. Justin is still gone and I think we are all missing him now. Especially Jilli......you can hear her every morning, "bubba! bubba! bubbaaaaaaaaa??" It's so sweet. She is going to be so excited to see him! Speaking of him, he is having a great time. He did have a little bout with swimmers ear, but Mrs. Walsh got him to the DR's and they have him on the mend now, thank goodness!
Jenna went back to cheerleading last night after a 2 week break from the gym for the holiday. Back to the grind with that.
Joshua is missing Justin tremendously and just wants him to come home. Even if he is "mean".
Steve and I have jumped back on the getting healthy bandwagon this week and have been going to the Y and eating better. I guess we can all stand to do that. I just need to find some kind of energy booster, I am so tired these days!
Well here's to a hopefully sunny weekend, the kids really want to hit the pool this weekend. The forcast is rain till Sunday, but maybe the sky will give us a few hours to swim! Have a great weekend!

Camping
Justin made it safely to Tampa and is having a blast with the Walsh's. We told him he had to call us everyday. So far we have called him and the 1 time he did call us, it was to ask he could watch Star Wars 3. So it's safe to say, he is having a great time.
As for the rest of us, stuck here in Ga......we went camping for the last 4 days. :) We had a great time! We went with the Franke family and we really did have a blast! We thought it may be hot, boring, buggy....but it was really none of the 3. I mean it was hot and there were bugs, but not like I had thought. We had a great time and can't wait to do it again! And with camping comes tons of laundry when you get home. SO...thats where I'm off to. We hope everyone had a wonderful July 4th!

I can't believe that summer is 1/2 over already! School will be starting back before we know it. YUCK! And believe it or not, Christmas is right around the corner too!
Swim team is over and the Chatsworth Waves went 4-1 this summer. We hear they only won 1 meet last summer.....so it was a vast improvement! The kids loved it and are already asking about next summer! Justin leaves for Tampa in a few days and he can't wait. He and Colin have talked on the phone everyday planning every last minute of the trip! :) Then 3 days after he comes home, if he dosn't just stay there a few more days, the rest of us drive down to Tampa for a week! Yippee! Steve has some marketing to do down there, so we are taking everyone and going to enjoy the Florida sunshine for a week! I can't wait to see some of our friends. Jenna is very excited too and looking forward to doing a camp at Cheer Express and seeing all her old cheering buddies down there! I am sure we will not want to come back to Atlanta after that week! Justin will have been there for 3 1/2 weeks...he will have have forgotten that he dosn't live there anymore!
The day after Justin leaves for Tampa, the rest of the Wilson clan is going camping with the Franke family.........what were we thinking going camping in the Georgia heat in JULY?!?!?!?! I don't think we were! But hot or not, it will be 4 days of fun with friends and no internet service! That means we can't work! :)
We hope everyone has a fantastic 4th of July and we look forward to seeing many of you in Tampa in July!

Long time no update!
Summer is here! School has been out for a couple weeks and summer is in full swing at the Wilson house! Swim team has been an absolute blast for Justin and Jenna and they have both improved so much! They both had 1st place finishes at the last meet and numerous 2nd and 3rd's. They are loving it! We have 3 more weeks left. I know they will both be sad when it is over. There is so much to tell about all of them....so here is a run down on each of them.
Justin-Other then swim team he is go, go, go all the time. Playing every sport you can think of with all the neighborhood boys. He is looking forward to his trip to Tampa in a few weeks. He is flying solo to Tampa to stay with his very best friend Colin for 2 whole weeks. He is counting the days and is so excited! I am sure he will not want to come home!
Jenna is still cheering. She changed gyms a few weeks ago and is loving her new gym. She has improved so much in the last month or so, it is unreal. Both her tumbling and flying has improved tremendously.
Joshua is well, Joshua. He is full steam from the time he gets up till we can get him to lay still enough to go to sleep! He actually won the award of the 1st Wilson child to get stiches last week. He and the stair rail had a little fight and the rail won. He had to get 3 stiches and he did so well! He and Jenna will be going to a VBS the week that Justin will be in Tampa.
Jillian is just getting so big and saying new words almost daily it seems. We just joined the community pool and she is quite the little fish already. She loves it!
Well there is all I can think of for now. We hope everyone is having a fun and safe summer!

Spring Break is over..... :(
I'm so sad that spring break is over. I so enjoyed the nice weather and the kids playing outside with friends. I won't lie though....I really, really enjoyed the extra hour of sleep every morning too! I think we are all looking forward to summer. Especially the warm weather since it is back to the mid 30's at night this week! UGH! It was flat out cold this morning! Steve enjoyed his spring break too and got to go the Masters for a day. His dad sold his tickets this year, so we thought he wouldn't get to go.....but his good friend called and invited him. He was so very happy!
This week is also cheerleading tryouts week and Jenna is working so hard to get ready. She got her tuck 2 weeks ago and is very excited. It has been a long time coming! However, she came home from school sick today, so some prayers that she is better tomorrow for practice and tumbling would be much appreciated.
Justin is very, very excited as we just told him he is going to get to go to camp for a week with Colin, his best friend from Tampa! He is so excited! They will be going to a church camp for a week in the Carolina mountains! I know they will have such a good time!
Swim team starts in a few weeks too. Justin and Jenna are both doing it this season. Justin is looking forward to it much more then Jenna, but we know she will have a good time once she is there.
Still gotta find a little camp for Joshie though. We will probably do one at the Y.
Well......there is the Wilson family update for now! Hope everyone is doing well.

No! I am NOT pregnant!
The title says it all! I have gotten a bunch of emails about this.....that is not the news! The news actually has nothing to do with me. Well, not directly anyway.
On another note......I had my last orthapedic appointment today, unless I have anymore pain. I now have a lace up brace for the next 6-8 months, but can pretty much resume normal activity. Hooray! What an inconveince this has been for the last few weeks....well months.

Hope everyone had a great Easter! We have been busy as usual, but all in all a good week. We did head back to North Augusta for Easter weekend. I helped Tina out with a pageant she put on and then we just hung with Steves parents for the weekend. We did go to church with Steves dad and saw some people there and then to lunch. We headed back to Atlanta after lunch. A quick trip really.....seems like they are all like that now days.
Today is our 11 year anniversary so we are headed to Cheescake Factory tonight...yum! Justin had a basketball game this morning. They lost pretty bad, but he still had fun! We just signed him and Jenna up for swimteam, so that should be some interesting stuff to watch soon too. :) I also got some awesome news today that I can't share yet.......but I am so excited about it!
Hope everyone has an awesome weekend!

Happy Easter!
Happy Easter everyone!
We did make it to Tampa last week, but didn't do much visiting. It turned into more of a business trip then we had anticipated. Hopefully our next trip we will get to visit. So to everyone who didn't hear from us, please forgive us......I promise we will see you next time! However, the weather was beautiful and we missed it even more when we got home to cold Atlanta. The kids had fun and we did get some new business, so all in all it was a productive visit. Not to mention we missed all the tornados and hail in Atlanta!
Once we got back, the hail and tornados had drummed up quite the business for us and we have been slammed since we got back. We haven't stopped this week. We will be taking a little break this weekend though as we are headed to Augusta tonight for the weekend. We will visit a little tomorrow and then spend Easter with Steve's family. We will head home on Sunday and then right back to the grind on Monday.
We hope everyone has a wonderful and safe Easter weekend! Hope you get some good chocolates! :)

I can walk! Yeah!!!!! The Dr said all looks good and I can put as much pressure on it as I want as long as it is in the aircast! I go back in April to hopefully get rid of the aircast and just have a brace to workout, etc....
And....on top of that, we are headed to Tampa tomorrow!!!! We can't wait to see the Walshs, the Hughes, the Myers, the Brackins and everyone else! The kids are SO excited!
Jenna was in Disney this weekend at the final competition of the season, and RED won! What a great way to finish a great year! The girls did fantastic and won medals and National Champion Jackets! It's hard to believe our 1st year at Stingrays is over and we will have tryouys in a few weeks. We still miss Cheer Express and can't wait to visit there this week and see all our old friends!
Well off to get everything ready to leave and all the work done that needs to be done so Kristin can handle the office while we're gone! Have a great week!

Update on Earlene....
So I went to the orthapedic yesterday. I am now in an aircast for 6-8 weeks. Lovely. I still can't put any pressure on it and go back next Thursday. Hopefully then I will be cleared to start walking.
Other than that things are going smoothly........well as smoothly as busy can go. Kids are all good, cheerleading season is almost over, Justin starts basketball on Saturday and we are headed to Tampa to visit soon! Yeah! Then we will be in NAugusta for Easter. So....hope to see most of you on one of those trips!

Whats happening?!
This is my attempt to keep up with family and friends near and far. I've been asked a few times to start one, but never get around to it.....so here we go.
Things have been busy around the Wilson house. Jenna has been in full swing with cheerleading the last 3-4 months and in the last few weeks we have been to Indianapolis and Dallas for competitions and go to Orlando in 2 weeks. Then we have a few weeks off before tryouts. Justin starts basketball next week and we are trying to get Joshua into swimming lessons. Jillian is just her happy go lucky screatching self. :)
Steve and I have been busy working and keeping everything running as smoothly as we can. To add to the chaois, I broke my ankle on the way home from Dallas last week and that has slowed us down for sure. Steve has had to do alot more then he has time for.
Well, thats it in a nutshell for now. I'll try to keep up on here at least once a week and get some pics of the kids up too.
